Ingredients:

- 1 Chicken breast
- 3 Oz. soy sauce
- 3 Tsp. Sweet Serum
- 2 Tsp. red pepper flakes
- 3 Cloves of garlic
Recipe Instructions:

- Put soy sauce, garlic, red pepper flakes and Sweet Serum into a small sautee pan and bring to a heavy boil
- Cut up the chicken pieces and add to a pan and cook until juices run clear
- Remove chicken from sauce and continue to boil sauce until it is reduced and thickened

- Fat - 3g
- Carbohydrates - 1.6g
- Fiber - 0g
- Protein - 32g

I actually made this last night and loved it. I included a bit of ginger to off-set the acid from the red pepper leaves. The overall taste on a scale from 1 being the lowest, to 10 being the highest - It's a solid 8. Great recipe!
