I am thinking about picking up some Dermacrine, and running it with some Arachidonic acid (X-Factor or I-Force MAxout) and a AI like Formestane.
If I stacked Dermacrine with these products would I still need to use Sustain Alpha?
I would only do ~ 4 week cycle of Dermacrine 1 bottle.

Abstract:
Arachidonic acid (5,8,11,14-eicosatetraenoic acid), a member of the omega-6 poly-unsaturated fatty acids, was found to be an effective stimulator of human prostate cancer cell growth in vitro at micromolar concentrations. Selective blockade of the different metabolic pathways of arachidonic acid (e.g. ibuprofen for cyclooxygenase, SKF-525A for cytochrome P-450, baicalein and BHPP for 12-lipoxygenase, AA861 and MK886 for 5-lipoxygenase, etc.) revealed that the growth stimulatory effect of arachidonic acid is inhibited by the 5-lipoxygenase specific inhibitors, AA861 and MK886, but not by others. Addition of the eicosatetraenoid products of 5-lipoxygenase (5-HETEs) showed stimulation of prostate cancer cell growth similar to that of arachidonic acid, whereas the leukotrienes were ineffective. Moreover, the 5-series of eicosatetraenoids could reverse the growth inhibitory effect of MK886. Finally, prostate cancer cells fed with arachidonic acid showed a dramatic increase in the production of 5-HETEs which is effectively blocked by MK886. These experimental observations suggest that arachidonic acid needs to be metabolized through the 5-lipoxygenase pathway to produce 5-HETE series of eicosatetraenoids for its growth stimulatory effects on human prostate cancer cells.

Alrighty, well then
I think Dermacrine + an AI like Formestane makes a great stack. Not too suppressive, the AI will keep the E2 under control, and give great energy/libido. I'd run it for 4-6 weeks, then PCT should be pretty easily with the Test Recovery Stack, or even just Sustain.
Don't forget to taper down the AI at the end, and you don't really need it in PCT since your E2 & hormones will be low at that point. As for the AA, I did it for 50 days, and had very poor results. No real increase in soreness, and removing the Omega-3's from my diet for so long make me feel terrible. Wouldn't do it again, atleast not without the Omega-3's.
If youre looking for something else to stack , I would suggest picking up some Divanil and dosing that at 2-2.5g/day, split up with meals to slow down the release.Divanex is what I used in the past; cheap, no frills, capped Divanil.

would a product like AX aPCt be fine for a 4 week Dermacrine cycle? I would rather save my TRS for a more suppressive cycle.

Hmm, probably. If it were mere, instead of running the whole TRS I would just go with Sustain Alpha if it was only a 4-weeker. Only a bit more than AX's product.
