Yes, I am definately looking at those products right now, but was wondering how much of a boost they can give someone who may have primary hypogonadism and who's LH/FSH is already at a healthy level.
Would it benefit to do 2 weeks of dermacrine first for an initial boost? Especially if I've been hovering around the 370 total test mark (out of a range of 284 ~900).

Also, just for a background on me. Just got some initial results from my latest bloodwork.
LH 5.6
FSH 7.1
Total T - 370
Free T - 100
E2 - 30
Not sure of the ranges on those labs yet, but it appears my LH + FSH are really high? Also, it looks as thought I am somewhat estrogen dominant? I wonder if dealing with my e2 will greatly elevate my test without the need for TRT...and if that may be the case, will Sustain effectively lower my e2? Also, do you think it would lower it enough to significantly raise my test? I've also been toying with the idea of coupling a low dose of aromasin with sustain...
Thanks for your help / recommendations.

Yes, your LH/FSH levels are already decently high. It sounds like you could benefit from increased testicular sensitivity to LH/FSH. Toco-8 will help with that.
Sustain should improve your Test/E2 ratio. It won't significantly reduce estrogen, but it will keep it within a healthy normal range, while gradually increasing your T levels. Aromasin could be stacked for additional estrogen suppression but I would keep the dose at about 10mg day for no more than 8 weeks.
