Is this the best way to apply sustain??? (i read this in a post before)
1. Shower > Dry off.
2. Spray 3 pumps to each side of chest
3. Spray once to each upper thigh including behind knee
4. Wipe the excess onto balls
5. Rub into skin well
----------
or would applying more directly to the balls be better for pct?
Also does the areas i apply it to need to be shaved?
Thanks for your input eric, and others.

is it necessary to apply the 5 pumps at different sites or would applying all 5 pumps to one site work tas well.? Would it make any difference??
Personally, i hold a bit of fat on my chest, would it work well doing 2 pumps on each shoulder?? then a fifth at say the upper back (trying to choose the leanes parts)
Thanks

Directions on the product page say to avoid "tanning" for at least 6 hous after application. Here in CA "tanning" means going to a tanning salon. When you say avoid tanning do you mean stay out of the sun or avoid tanning salons?
If avoiding prolonged sun exposure is necessary does that only apply to areas where you applied SA? So if you put it on your chest is it OK to be in the sun if you're wearing a shirt?
Also, for those days when sun exposure is difficult to avoid, would it be OK to apply SA at night instead of in the morning? Any problem with switching timing of the application like this if you normally apply it in the morning?
Thanks!

As for your your 2nd paragraph, I initially was under the impression that you would only need to avoid sun exposure to the areas where applied, but I do know of some substances that cause systemic UV sensitivity because the compounds deposit in the skin, so I'll let PP cover this Q.

I wouldn't do it this way; it is already a transdermal formula that is time-released by its inherent nature. Have a good shower, scrub/exfoliate deeply and one application is easier and should be sufficient. My $0.02

Applying SA at night is fine. The warning it to avoid UV exposure, which the sun and tanning beds provide.

Also, my question wasn't exactly if it's OK to use at night. I assumed it was. What I meant was, if I know sun exposure is happening on a given day, is it OK that I used it in the morning the previous day, then at night the next day (very long interval between applications) and then again the next morning (rather short interval between applications). Is this kind of unbalanced schedule going to mess things up? Is there a tipping point?
Thanks.

If you know how to avoid a sunburn you will be fine. A couple of the topical ingredients have a light photo-sensitizing effect… but nothing too serious… Just know that if you plan on laying out in the sun all day Sustain will accelerate your tanning about 10-15% unless you apply sun block.
There is nothing wrong with getting sun on the site of application, in fact a lot of the ingredients are skin regenerators and moisturizers, so they will actually help repair your skin if you do become sun burned.

That's not necessary considering how the delivery mechanism works. This formula is also time-released in the skin due to certain factors. This is why we recommend applying it all at once to maintain the best basal-release effects of the product.

Which time of day is best to apply Sustain Alpha? Since the body's natural cycle of testosterone peaks at night and in the morning, is that the best time to apply this product? Has anyone done studies on this?
