Wow, damn effective, in that I can consume moderate stimulants and not be all cracked out. I can't believe how effective it is.

You normally have ADD without stims? You think EndoAmp has helped this?

Eric--

Check out this article:

How to Improve Attention, Concentration, Learning, Mental Focus and Memory

It talks about ADD, and about a nutritional product that pretty much kills it called Flavay. The mechanisms by which Flavay works are as follows:

"Flavay’s® antioxidant protection of brain cells is significant as recent studies have established a connection between free radical damage and cognitive impairment."

"Flavay® is one of the few dietary antioxidants that readily crosses the blood-brain barrier to protect brain cells. The blood-brain barrier protects the brain from compounds that normally circulate in the blood."

Now, compare that to how Phosphatidylserine works...pretty similar. PS does a phenomenal job of protecting your brain cells. In fact, lifelong supplementation with PS will pretty much guarantee no Alzheimer's, Dementia, etc. and a great state of mental health.

Here is a study that links stress/cortisol with ADHD, and as you well know, PS helps in this area:

IngentaConnect Salivary cortisol levels and dental anxiety in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

Another study relating stress/cortisol to ADHD:

I have much ADD without stims, I take time off as much as possible, but being young and career oriented, that is pretty hard. I might well give the Endo a try without stims and see how I go.
EndoAmp is possibly the most noticeable awesome supplement I have tried.
It is very rare for me to be relaxed, thanks.
