Unfortunately there are, we have had too many packages sent back from Spain's strict Customs. We are no longer shipping to Spain.

Guys I recently placed an order (under my wife's name) and got an E-mail on Tue. the 5th saying it was completed and giving the following tracking number: 777466610034050 . However, when I went to check it today the Fedex system says "not found".

This order was placed just a day after I placed another order--which has shipped and which does show up in the Fedex system.

Could you find out the situation for me?

Thanks,

I recently received my shipment of products. As I reported in my TREN LV Log, however, there's been a bit of a problem with local customs. Although I've never had a problem in the past with other shipments via the postal system, apparently there is a local rule prohibiting the importation by individuals of more than 6 items of nutritional supplement products in a single shipment. My recent order had 12, and as a result of over-conscientiousness by a local fedex employee, my shipment got flagged (I'm sure this never would have happened with a local flag carrier). Anyway, the upshot is that I could only take delivery of 6 items, and I have the option of having local customs "destroy" (i.e., glom for themselves and sell on the black market) or return the rest. I told fedex to just send the rest to my homeland address, but local fedex says they can only return to sender (because of claimed potential customs issues at the US end otherwise). So if I authorize them to return to PP, can I arrange to have PP send it along in turn to my US address, where I can pick it up in February when I'm there? I'd like to know before I make a move here, as local fedex wants the local equivalent of USD100 for the return charges. I note that the Tren LV in my order will NOT be among the return items. TIA.

email Jered; orders@primordialperformance.com. he should be able to work something out for you as long as none of the products we would be holding are illegal.

It could be a problem only I am having for some odd reason, but the free shipping offer that is on every product page just isn't applying in my cart. Is it still being run?

Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

I don't understand why orders shippsed to an APO are charged at a higher rate then US orders using USPS for example. An APO address IS a US address! The package goes to New York (if being sent to Europe) and from there the military postal system takes over, at NO additonal cost. So, whatever the charge would be to send a package priority mail anywhere in the US, should be the same price to send it to an APO, but this doesn't seem to be the case.

I was recently charged $15.30 in shipping costs for a stack order. You can ship in the largest flat rate priority box from the US for $11.95! It seems very unfair.

we only charge what it costs us to ship it. we dont use flat rate boxes that often because you cant always fit everything in the box with the amount of packing you would need to make sure the bottles do not break. I dont know about you but i would rather pay $3 more and have nothing break.

Let me guess, you were at home? A lot of drivers won't even knock at a house or apartment during the day cuz they just assume everyone is at work. So they fill out the slip on their way from the truck and just tag the door.

BTW- Why weren't you at work?
