* Orders with all items in stock are guaranteed to be shipped out within 48hrs. (excluding weekends and holidays, and orders with hormone testing kits) However, most orders are shipped the same day if placed before 12:00pm PST.

** All orders with backordered products will be held until the items are back in-stock. If you would like to split up your order, you will need to contact us and let us know. Hormone Testing kits are ordered from the supplier, and generally add 1-2 days to the processing of an order.

Primordial Performance ships everything from the West coast in Oregon.

Shipments to the West Coast take 1-2 days to arrive with USPS Priority and 1-3 days with FedEx Ground

Shipments to the East Coast take 3-4 days with USPS Priority and 4-5 days with FedEx Ground.

Generally, the tracking information is more reliable with FedEx shipping.

First Class is 2-7 days to any area within the US.

From Oregon --> Buffalo, NY using FedEx ground took 3 business day. 5 tracking updates.

Regarding International shipping

There does not appear to be an "International Shipping" option in the dellivery drop down menu of the checkout. If you want to order from overseas which option should a person choose?

If you update the shipping info for your respective country in the checkout box, it gives you a quote.

Hi guys, im new to the site. I signed up hoping to get some 1-T tren. I noticed you guys dont ship it to Canada. Is there another distributor for your products that ships to Canada?

Welcome to the forum. Sorry, there are no distributors in Canada because some of our products are illegal there; 1-T Tren, 1-T and Dermacrine.

Hi Jim thanks for the quick response. I wouldn't think that there was any distributors up here for the product but is there any in the US that deliver to Canada. I have ordered many items of the "same sort" from the US and Europe without any problems.

Our distribution is fairly limited as I only have a handful of distributers so far.

My experience has been fantastic so far. I ordered the 1-T BOGO last Tuesday, 4/21, and received it, in Virginia, on Thursday, 4/23. I know the USPS has a lot to do with that but it shows that PP doesn't waste time in packing and shipping. I hope the 1-T works just as good as they do.

4 Days from Eugene --> a little city East of Toronto Canada. That's Fast Was 2 days to Chicago via USPS.

Personally, I like UPS better than USPS or FedEx. Is there any way that this could happen someday?

I really dont think we will be shipping with UPS. I went over the #s and UPS can not match the prices FedEx has. Have you had trouble with USPS and FedEx?? if so what was wrong??

I know they're busy, but everytime that FedEx and USPS delivers it's always in the middle of the day when nobody's home; and it's like 90 degrees outside with my package sitting in the sun all day. UPS is usually a little more considerate

True. That's not a bad idea; but what I did this time was made a note for it to be a signature required package, so this shouldn't be a problem anymore.
