What is the primary difference between this and the old formula?

Also, will this be included in the TRS I ordered for use with the XHMS, or will I get the "old" stuff? It shipped out Monday.

By the way, from the looks of the products page, the new packaging looks pretty slick. Thumbs up!

Weve added A-GPC for the GH boost.

It will ship with all orders as of tomorrow. (including the TRS)

Synergistic, high quaility ingrediants, Dude, you are really moving in the right direction. Keep going, I think youve become the top producer of novel product, dont stop, and make long range plans for your company, dont let hubris get in your way, you are thinking "Win, Win" its the only way to go, customer value and satisfaction, may be considered "old fashioned" but in reality its the only way to do business.

Looks great Eric - given the addition of A-GPC, any changes in timing doses?

Non-workout days, anytime is fine. Workout days, about an hour before workout

Excellent! I usually eat my porridge 60-90 mins PreWO and was taking the EA with it anyways, so this just makes it better.

Awesome new design and improvement PP  It looks like Toco-8 got a facelift too !

Ive always taken my GPC with Creatine, whey and glutamine, just before workouts and my regular day (in the mornings) it seems to work best when cycled in concert with a periodized lifting program. Just my thoughts.

I stocked up and have 3 bottles of EndoAmp so it'll be a while before I can try the Max version. Would there be any benefit in taking some choline citrate with EA (I'm out of a-gpc)?

I am just finishing the 1-T stack (1st week on the alpha). Can I role right into this or should I take some time off of everything and then start this. Also, how long can you stay on the EA-M, should it be cycled?

You can pick up some EndoAmp Max and start using it right away. As for how long to use it, I feel you can make this a staple. Since it is a natural product, it lowers your cortisol but not too low. If you notice lethargy or sore joints, then it may have lowered your cortisol too low but this is unlikely and I would say it's safe to run for a long period of time.

You can run them together. However, the choline won't offer nearly the benefits of A-GPC.

Id like to point out that PS is not so much lowering cortisol as it is preventing the spike from exercise and stress.

As in, if you just sit on the couch all day and start taking EndoAmp, it probably wont have much effect on cortisol levels.

Good point, and I fixed my terrible grammar, "lower" lol. I thought the old writeup mentioned PS modifying the release of ACTH/CRH, although I may have read that elsewhere. Your writeup lays it out much more eloquently, as always

Virtually every study that I have found is based on BC-phosphatidylserine. Soy based phosphatidylserine has yet to be proven. BC-phosphatidylserine is not available in the US. Do you know if the the study you refer to is based on soy or Bovin phosphatidylserine. If so please post a link.

Here you go. Think most researchers are using soy-based now because of the risks with bovine cortex.
