Quick update: Fall was 5/3/1 for the main lifts, but wasn't consistent on the extra work. Dec/Jan there was a month of lower intensity training. The last few weeks I've been getting back on track, but won't start programing lifts for another few weeks.
The next strongman contest should be about 5 months from now (give or take a week). General strength for a couple months, specific event work will start about 3 months out from the contest.
Deads: 315 x 3, 365 x 1, 405 x 1, 425 x 1
Lunges: 95 x 5/5, 135 x 10/10, 185 x 5/5
