It will eventually inhibit estrogen to the point where it will be hurting libido, fluid retention [causing joint pain], and cholesterol values [high LDL, low HDL] which will lead to atherosclerosis of the arteries – and that can contribute to ED and a heart attack.
Plus, formestane is an androgen that can have directly suppressive effects on the HPTA.
It certainly has its role for controlling estrogen, but its risks should be considered.
